Many of us have exercised at home or at a gym. We have done it with different goals in place, such as losing weight, gaining weight, lowering body fat, increasing muscle mass, and more. There are many chain owned and local gyms around us. One of the gyms that is local to Miami and Fort Lauderdale residents is Team Soul. The Miami location is by Bird Road. The CrossFit gym offers small group fitness classes, Olympic weightlifting, youth training, nutrition counseling, and more. They are open 24/7 where one can register for a class or do open gym. The clients' goals depend on what package they purchase. Team Soul has great trainers that have changed people's lives. They are there to correct the form of exercise, give nutrition tips, and help them achieve their goals. One of the trainers, Anthony Browning is a dedicated trainer at the Miami location.
Anthony started in 2019 after graduating college and found out about the gym while interning in Memphis. He moved to Miami after graduating college, but Soul gym stood out to him. He saw that they had the most variety of training modalities. He also noticed the culture of Soul was one that was welcoming and allowed him to be himself without having to put on a different/stereotypical personality. In other places he felt forced to out on a professional front, but he was able to be himself at Soul.

He mentions that on a professional level, working the job has allowed him to push himself and apply his knowledge, as well as become more direct in his conversation and speech. It allowed him to display his expectations without faltering. From attempting competitions to going out into the world on his own to explore on his own terms. Being comfortable in his own skin and taking on a challenge.
