Super Bowl LIV is upon us and we know the burning question you have: Where should you spend the night? No worries, we did all the work for you! We went to 10 of the best sports restaurants and bars in Miami and reviewed them based on how well they catered to a college students budget and wants. Check out our list, we may have just the place for you.
Megachuzo (1)
Megachuzo, located in Sunny Isles, is a great casual spot to enjoy some awesome food and experience a piece of home for Colombian natives. They are equipped with a total of 5 TVs always playing the latest game. There’s always a party going on at Megachuzo since they are always open pretty late and have the best live music. But if that’s not what you’re into, Megachuzo even offers delivery services! Overall the menu prices are quite affordable, even with a college budget. And the staff is super helpful and willing to guide you through the menu. The flavors are authentic, the portions well balanced, and the service very attentive. They also offered a variety of sauces and dips to try that complemented the dish exceptionally well. I suggest you try the Mega Picada, an assortment of steak, chorizo, chicken, pork, corn cake, yellow potatoes, green plantains, french fries, salad, and rice. Even whilst sharing with a friend they offered such big portions that we each were able to take some home. This is truly is an iconic South Florida dive.

American Social (2)
This classy waterfront restaurant offers you quintessential Floridian elegance tied with classic American grubs. Situated alongside the Miami River, this restaurant is in the perfect location to enjoy some Miami views while enjoying happy hour drinks, watching the big game, or just experiencing some casual fine dining with friends. This place is booming with people and the service is amazing. The waiters love to help you find exactly what you want. When I went, I had to get their Brunch Chicken B.L.A.T., which is a southern fried chicken sandwich filled with an over-easy egg, jalapeno bacon, avocado, honey aioli, and Vidalia onion; all accompanied with a side of home fries! I have to say it was truly amazing. If you haven't gone yet, give this place a chance!

Miller's Ale House (3)
If you want your burgers and beer served with a side of revelry, the Millers is your spot. With a classic rustic bar feel this restaurant has something for everyone on their expansive menu laced with specials that make the experience all the more worth it. Miller’s screams versatility with 75 kinds of cold brews and 60+ wall to wall TV screens…honestly, if you have a team they most definitely have a screen for you. You could watch the game, the match, the fight, and the race all at one time in the same space. I had to get the fan-favorite Zingers Mountain Melt. This is their signature chicken tenders, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese, applewood-smoked bacon and scallions on a legit mountain of seasoned fries. And the best part: I got all of it for only $13!! To top it off I had so much food I could even take some home. Highly satisfying and definitely worth it. Miller's is a gem.
Buffalo Wild Wings (5)
If you want something classic but definitely delicious, Buffalo Wild Wings is your place. And while they have a wide assortment of dishes, the wings are, without a doubt, a stunner. With 21 flavors and beer on tap, it's surely an option for any upcoming game. Inside they have a plethora of TVs and pretty good service. This restaurant is casual yet effective. Their motto “Wings. Beer. Sports” sums Buffalo Wilds Wings exactly. If you make a stop at Buffalo Wild Wings make sure to order yourself the House Sampler. It comes with nachos, beer-battered onion rings, mozzarella sticks, boneless wings, and an assortment of sauces. Overall excellent and one to keep in mind.

Duffy’s (4)
Nicknamed the Drafthouse, Duffy’s has definitely earned a spot on the list. Beautiful bar with amazing food, breathtaking views, and great service! There are plenty of discounts, a variety of seating space, and a lot of TVs to watch any sport currently ongoing. Drinks are very affordable and they have a 2 for 1 deal. And I was happy to see that they also carried so many veggie options. Because of all the space, it's a great place for large crowds and no matter where you sit there is a good view of the TV. I got the BBQ Baby Back Rib Platter. It’s their signature ribs grilled and marinated with Jack Daniel's Single Barrel BBQ sauce along with sweet potato fries and corn. I love this place because it’s simple, classic, and it gives you exactly what you asked for.

Every Floridian reading this can vouch for Flanigan’s. Flanigan’s is a classic staple of South Floridian culture. Since 1959 this has been a laid back family restaurant that is perfect for a casual bite or an important game day. This nautical-themed sports bar will have everything you need on the day your favorite team is playing. And for the big game, you can find deals such as 50% off all Beer, Wine, and Liquor. For those of you who want a late-night snack, stay until 10 pm to get wings or fries with every pitcher of beer. Feast upon Flanigan’s most legendary item: The Baby Back Ribs. When it comes to a real meal, Flanigans does not disappoint, as they are known for some of the biggest portions in town.

Also known as “The Best Game in Town”, Bokampers is a hidden gem in the South Florida sports bar scene. Bokampers focuses on becoming an absolute haven for all sports fans. With TVs lining every wall, it's hard to not catch the game. Bokampers offers everything from American classics, like burgers and wings, to some more experimental dishes, such as Sriracha Spiced Tuna Egg rolls. Bo’s has been known for its Asian fusion dishes with seafood, offering many types of egg rolls and wontons. Bokampers is also incredibly popular for hosting watch parties for the “Florida Panthers” and “Miami Heat”. While you may only be here for the Super Bowl, if you manage to stay a day or two, one of these watch parties is essential.

Panna (9)
New Latino food. Panna is a staple of the Weston Florida community. This small eatery is well known for their croquetas and arepas, as well as a nice place to watch a game. Panna is a little different from everything on the list, being that it is a hybrid bakery/hangout center. Those who come to Panna love to grab a cafecito and a tequeño and have a seat to watch the game. If you are looking for an authentic South Floridian experience, look no further.
